My Travel Bucketlist for 2019

My Travel Bucketlist for 2019

The start of a new year inspires us to dream about the endless possibilities ahead. So, in honor of that feeling I wanted to write out my Travel Bucket-list for 2019.

I wrote a small article in my WeHeartIt Page if you want to go check that out. It’s basically a little inspiration board with images of the places that I want to visit. And if you just came from there, Welcome! I’m so so excited that you are here 🙂

DISCLAIMER: Picture above does not belong to me, If you know who it belongs to let me know so that I can give them credit. Thank you 🙂

01. England

I can’t pin point when I became fascinated by England. I don’t know if it was the accent, the architecture, the way people live and express themselves, but England has been in my bucket list for a long time.

England is such an old soul place, but at the same time very youthful. If you see yourself as an old soul like I see myself then England would be a perfect place to travel to the birth of The Beatles, The Harry Potter Series, and endless cups of tea.

In my little adventure my plan is to visit it’s major cities like London, of course. But the country side looks like so much fun with it’s small town feel and filled with hills of greenery and gardens. Which is so opposite to me because I live in California and we don’t have that kind of weather.

I purchased a book to try to figure out where how I want to detail my travels and the city’s and small towns that I want to see.

If you been, any suggestion on things I should do?!

02. Banff, Canada

Totally honest statement here, I have NEVER touched or seen snow in real life. I know! Crazy confession from a 24 year old who has never seen snow in real life, but it’s true.

When I first saw an image of Banff I thought to myself this place is unreal it’s like a real Christmas card, BUT in real life.

I love warm weather, but the fact that it is something completely different makes me excited to plan to visit this magical place that looks like a paradise.

03. New York City, New York

New York is one of the places that I’ve always wanted to visit. The people there seem so cool, everyone is always busy doing their own thing and I find the light of the city so fascinating.

One of my friends went recently and I was living through her images and thinking I definitely have to go and check it out. So hopefully, fingers cross 2019 gets to be the year that I get to see the big apple.

02. Seattle, Washington

I’ve love being outdoors and going on hikes. One of my favorite things about this place is the feeling of the weather. The weather is really nice and it rains in most of the time which the perfect weather to enjoy a warm cup of coffee and read a book while its raining outside.

I feel like it brings allot of mystery. I love the feeling of rain and mist and greenery. I like that it’s like being outdoors at all times and I really like that. Whenever I think of Seattle, I think of hanging outdoors exploring or being inside and enjoy a movie or a good book, but also with a lot of adventures because of the heaviness of the fog and the thickness of the trees and it’s really exciting to be in that environment.

03. Los Angeles, California

I’m from California so I have gone to L.A. quite often, but I never have time to fully explore the city I feel like because I usually go and stay focus on the location that I have to go that I don’t really get to explore L.A. as much as I would like to.

I still have to create a to-do list of things to-do and most definitely places to eat. But because of it’s close proximity I hope to complete this list at the beginning of the year.

04. Italy

Another location that has been in my bucket list for a while has been Italy. Just looking at the beautiful architecture, the country side, the FOOD and did I mentioned the Food.

Italian is one of my favorites and to actually try real Italian food.

It helps that when I am online I see so many pictures of Italy and it seems like such a magical place.

05. France

Oh the Romance in France, the cobble stone streets, the beautiful language. Fun Fact: In college, I took French because I decided I wanted to learn French. It’s wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. But I still want to emerge myself in French culture with their food, arquitecture, and real real hot chocolate.

Comment below what place I should place next on my bucket list. And also if you have any travel plans for 2019? Where are you heading off this year?

xoxo, Yadi
