Love listing to other peoples fitness playlist and the reason for that is that some people really like upbeat songs and others prefer laid back songs. I personally like a little bit of both styles of music. In this playlist though, Im going to be focusing one more upbeat songs.

As you can tell I’ve been loving Missy Elliots comeback songs. I love her old songs and her new songs are no different.
These are also really good songs to have a dance party with.
