My Most Used Apps

My Most Used Apps

Hey Guys,

Welcome back to my blog if you haven’t already check out my last blog post. Since more than every technology is providing us to connect with others while in quarantine. I wanted to share with you guys some of my most used apps besides social media apps. While many of us are trying our best to stay connected with loved ones and many of us are also starting to use this time to create new goals and achieve those new goals.

Technology is a resource that we should be taking advantage of right now. With that being said, here are some apps that I have found have been helpful when it comes to creating goals and achieving goals.

01. HABIT

I’m all about creating daily habits that will help me achieve my goals. This app is just a simple habit tracker where you write down your habit you will like to do and then daily you press the button to know that you have completed that habit for that day. It’s not only simple to use but you can see a chart of the progress that you have made.  I like this app because it is a helpful digital reminder of the goals that you are setting. For Instance, If I want to start creating the habit of making my bed every single day this is the perfect app to mark it off and see my overall progress. It has a very simple layout that I like. I currently use the free version but the premium version you can customize it completely to your liking.

02. ALARMY

If one of your goals is to be a morning person like that has been my goal for the past 2-3 years, even longer if I’m being honest. Then, this is a great app to help you with that. I like to set up this alarm away from my bed and I like it because it won’t turn off unless you complete that challenge. Some of the challenges can include taking a picture of a barcode or doing math problems, or a memorization game or even walking (which is the premium version.) The point is that this app helps me keep me awake when I have to do one of these challenges to turn off the alarm because, by the time I have turned on the light or taken a picture of whatever I’m taking a picture of, I think, well I might as well get started with my day and you won’t fall back asleep.

03. FETCH REWARDS

This is one of my favorite apps when it comes to savings. I love that this app takes receipts from thousands of stores and that you get points back for money that you are already spending and you use that money on places that you would otherwise shop at. The prices can range from $5-$50. If you are interested in saving money from money that you are already spending on everyday items here is my code:

04. LIGHTROOM

A great app for bloggers, photographers, and pretty much anyone who wants to edit their pictures. If you want to step up your Instagram game then give it a go, it’s free. I pay for the online version because I like to work from my computer, but they are also great if you are posting from your phone.

05. CLUE

This one is for all my ladies out there. Clue is an app that tracks your period. I’ve been using it for years, since college and I love it because not only does it track my period but also other symptoms that you might be having like acne if you are expecting cramps, how much sleep you have had, your energy and your mood and so much more. It’s great because I can see and track when my period is coming up. It’s also great when visiting the doctor. At times my doctor asks me when my last period was and before keeping track I didn’t know.

06. MAPMYWALK // MAPMYRUN

These are great apps if your goals are to get into better shape. They are great for beginners and also really great for people who love to run and walk in general. Again, it’s very similar to the habit app where it keeps track of the miles that you walk and also the time it took you to get those miles down.

07. SPOTIFY

Possibly one of my most-used apps has been Spotify. I would honestly say, without a doubt, pink promise, that this is one app that I use every single day. If it’s in the morning for my morning playlist when I’m getting ready, making breakfast, or reading a book or even when I am on my car and driving around town or even going on my daily walk and the app that gets used all of the time is my SPOTIFY app. They also now have really good podcasts that I love to listen to. I also really like the throwback playlists that the app makes a playlist for your most listened to songs of that year.

08. BOOKLY

Last but not least is bookly. I love that I can keep track of books and also keep track of how much I have read and when I started and how long it took me to finish those books. You can also write down quotes and thoughts and come back to them without writing on the book or highlighting the book. Especially if they are rentals.

There you guys have it my most used apps during the quarantine. Do you guys have any apps that you can’t live without let me know in the comments below!
