I has started to become tradition, and quite literally one of the biggest reasons why I started this blog. Sharing my Planner Ecosystem. If you don’t believe me, check out my blog posts from previous years.

Colibri Paper Co.
My first agenda is The 2026 Colibri Paper Co. Last year was my first year using it, and I love how it’s compact and filled with so many useful pages. At the beginning, I like to add a mantra for the year. I adjust some of the pages to make it work for me. For Instance, I like to use the Birthday Tracker, which has a Quarterly layout as a layout for content. In July, was making the monthly cover page into a sticker/vision board, etc. I love adding stickers and printing out images that inspire me.
Two of the biggest perks to this agenda is the monthly budget tracker (which a big goal of mine for 2025 was paying off debt and I was able to accomplish paying off student loans and my personal loan using this agenda). Keeping track of your money is very important and this agenda made it that much easier.
The second thing that I really love is the Blank page at the end of the month. Which allowed me to have a space to reflect on the week and how I can do better next week.

Clementine Paper, Inc.
Another repurchase was the Clementine Paper, Inc. Agenda this one is one the more affordable side (which, who doesn’t love?).
I normally buy this brand at Marshalls, HomeGood, TJMaxx, but I found this cover at Walmart and it was only 10 dollars. Again, I like to whiteout pages and adjust it and really make it my own.
This agenda for me, is more of a catch all. I love the Horizontal Layout of the pages. It has soooo much room to write with and It helps me just focus on the week ahead. With this agenda, I like to color code based on my new years goals. This is what I can do, if I have the extra time. Fun stuff.
I also like to use the pages at the beginning of the year to create a spending log and in conjunction with my Colibri agenda it helps me keep on top of my expenses.

Lauren Denise
I am testing out this year an acalled Laurel Denise. It was advertised to me on Instagram or Facebook while researching for a new agenda and I was intrigued by the layout. There are different layouts that they have and I purchased the Larger Scott. It’s this beautiful chocolate brown.
What attracted me to it was the design. You get a monthly calendar view and the weekly pages are at the bottom. There is a section for monthly habit tracking. There is a four box section at the beginning and you are able to customize it the best way you see fit.
One of the biggest perks that sold me on the agenda was being able to add pages to fully customize it. I bought a couple of inserts like a Yearly plan overview. Which helps me keep track of blog posts and when I’m posting and how my content is doing. I got the pages for the project plan. Which will help me with managing various goals and areas of my life. I also purchased a pencil pouch which can help me with keeping my pens and sticky notes all in one place.

Dream Life Notebook
Finally, my tried and true Dream Life workbook which I will be making a separate blog post about because I love it along with my agenda. It helps keep my goals true and centered throughout the year. It is so tried and true that this is my 5th year purchasing this planner. I love the concept of not just having goals but a notebook that truly focuses on achieving any goal and breaking those goals into actionable steps.

Simple Journal
The last notebook of my eco-system. Is just a journal notebook. A habit that has helped me stay sane and really has become a place of peace for me has been my journal. In this journal, way before I read about it in the book The Artists Way by Julia Cameron, My morning pages have become a staple ritual. It helps get out those running thoughts into a page and really focus on what matters and what is important to me.
So, before writing in my agenda. I like to do a bit of a brain dump into my journal and looking at it and the act of writing it out without being “perfect” I get to organize my thoughts and figure out what is a priority for the day. That has really helped me keep track of what I need to prioritize and reflecting back on what I did accomplish for that day or the week and what I can do better next time.

Digital: Trello
I do love to have a digital online palace to organize my life and that place for me is Trello. It’s similar to Notion but a little more user friendly, in my opinion, while I love the options to customize. I love Trello more, it has just been easier for me to use. I love creating Quarterly pages and attaching all of my digital files to it to make it easier to manage things online.
I like to create a digital vision board and have different metrics to track my progress and while Notion can be cool to customize I get caught up in the way that it looks instead of actually focusing on what is important which is the content and the action steps that I need to create my dream life. Don’t get me wrong, If I had a course that would teach me how to use it successfully, maybe I would really love it and use it often. I know that you can purchased already made ones already and that might be something that I try out in the future but for now I stick with my tried and true eco-system.
I’d love to know what your 2026 eco system looks like:
Now, I want to hear about you. Is there an agenda or digital tool that has made your life easier that you will be taking into 2026? I would leave to hear about it!
