Spring 2019 Night Time Routine

In todays blog post I wanted to talk about one of my favorite topics … My night time routine. Well night time routines in general. They are some of my favorite videos to watch online. Which is why I decided to share mine.

After a long day I like to unwind and set up for the next day. This is what my night time routine looks like ….

6:30 P.M.

My night routine usually starts when I get home from work. So this is a little bit on both, my night routine and my evening routine. By 6:30 I am usually making dinner. Tonight I choose made Mexican food. It was Mexican rice with Braised meet and onion and cilantro on top with a dash of lime juice.

7:30 P.M.

I tend to look up to see If I have any homework due for classes and night time is the perfect time for me to catch up with school work. Sometimes I work on this blog If I have some extra time or If I feel inspire to write about something.

8:00 P.M.

My roommates and I have started this things were we walk our dogs around this time. It is a great way for everyone to get a few steps in before the day ends. I love it because we get to watch the sun fall and the sky is all kinds of beautiful colors. AND we get to pull in a few steps by the end of the day.

8:30 P.M.

Around this time I like to start getting ready for bed by getting in the shower and if I had a particular rough day I like to treat myself to either a bubble bath or even put on a mask and treat my skin.

I have a fairly simple skin care routine where I like to wash my face and moisturize. I make sure to apply my serioums if my skin is feeling particularly dry.

My shower is a great me time after a long day of work. I also listen to a podcast or listing to some music.

9:00 P.M.

I light up a candle and turn on my fairy lights I like to read a book or journal sometimes It kind of depends on my mood. Recently I have been loving Wattpad stories and I also have been reading this seres called The Raven Boys. Around 10-10:30 p.m. I like to set up my alarm for the next day.

I also set up the cloths that I will be wearing for the next day and I like to write down my agenda for the next day. That way in the morning I can just work with the things that I need to work on for the next day.

I usually try to sleep around 10-10:30 but It depends on what I have going on for that night.
